Welcome to the 110th Polymer Clay Central Challenge for July 2009, sponsored by our good friends at Polymer Clay Express! This is the first contest using the new rules where photo entries are allowed, and it's been a rousing success! Our theme this month was CELEBRATE, and our contestants submitted some great projects using this theme!
