Welcome to the 15th Polymer Clay Central Challenge, sponsored by The Clay Factory and the Polymer Clay 2001 Calendar - Visions of the New Millenium! Our theme for this month was "WATER" and our contestants came up with some beautiful, humorous, and clever creations - each one a work of art!
