Words of Encouragement to Novice Teachers:
"I am just beginning myself to pass on and teach my knowledge in P.C., as I have many people interested when they see my work. I know from past experience from teaching Glass and Ceramic Mosaic classes from my workshop over the past 6yrs that people who are interested in learning a skill will search out the people who's work they admire. If you have a passion for your work it is easy to pass that on to others. It is amazing how much you do know when you start to teach! Teaching is a two way street and many times you learn from your students easy ways to teach them by just getting in there and starting. Just go for it and enjoy the journey."
